Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to be flexible while respecting the time and resources that go into preparing for your session or speaking engagement. Kindly review our cancellation policy below:

Consulting Sessions

• Cancellations within 1 hour of booking: Receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be issued. However, we may consider rescheduling your session based on availability.

Speaking Engagements

• Cancellations more than 60 days in advance: Receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 60 days in advance: No refund will be issued. However, we may consider rescheduling your event at a later date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Extenuating Circumstances We understand there may be unforeseen events beyond your control. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation if you need to cancel due to an emergency or serious illness.
